For over three decades Heather Croner Real Estate has represented most of the finest properties sold in the Hudson River Valley in New York State. Our listings include cottages, mansions, river properties and farms, estates and land for investment. We attribute our success to two guiding principles. First, no matter what their size, the properties we represent have special qualities that separate them from the commonplace. Second, since our region’s greatest appeal is its natural beauty, we strive to maintain a careful balance between growth and conservation. We offer a rural atmosphere of classic farmhouses, fieldstone walls and rolling hills - all within easy driving distance of New York City.
